  • Our Blue SmartyBoxes are 27 inches wide by 17 inches tall by 12 inches deep.

    Our Green SmartyBoxes are 21 inches wide by 15 inches tall by 12 inches deep.

  • Not for the SmartyBoxes! The SmartyBoxes feature attached lids that self-interlock for a secure close and do not require any tape. We ask that you not use tape as it is unnecessary and will just leave a gooey mess.

  • We got you! Just drop us a line to let us know what you need and we will work it out.

  • Yes! Front door delivery and pick-up are included with every order to anywhere in Des Moines or surrounding suburbs including Ankeny, Clive, Johnston, Urbandale, Waukee, West Des Moines, and Windsor Heights. If you are located beyond these areas, we can still deliver for an additional fee.

  • Dry erase markers work great on SmartyBoxes! There is a small square on each box made specifically for this purpose. We ask that you not use any other method to mark the boxes—stickers and labels are not necessary and just leave a gooey mess.

  • The SmartyDolly is a plastic cart designed to move the SmartyBoxes with ease. They can hold a stack of 4 to 5 boxes at a time.

  • We wish! Unfortunately, we are not able to help with out of state moves as we do not have a way to get our boxes back that make financial sense.

  • The standard rental period is 2 weeks. If you need more time, no worries! Just let us know and as long as they aren’t rented out, we can extend your lease for an additional fee.

  • Yes! We will deliver your boxes to your front door or up to 6 feet inside. We can also deliver to your garage or driveway.
